Job Summary:

Mazus Hotels & Resorts is looking for a

dedicated and well-presented female Customer Service Executive

to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold our brand standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism at all times. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations efficiently. Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and service requests both in person and over calls or email. Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information, complaints, and special requests. Support the reservations and marketing team during peak hours when required. Ensure all guest areas (lobby/reception) reflect the brand's premium standards. Build strong relationships with repeat and long-stay guests to enhance brand loyalty. Handle guest concerns or escalations calmly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution. Promote hotel services, packages, and local experiences to guests.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.

Excellent communication skills in

English, Hindi, and local languages

(Kannada / Malayalam / Tamil preferred as per location). Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in

MS Office

and basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS). Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
