Delivering professional and expert Customer services to our Customers and Clients Responsible for the day-to-day assigned work. Ensure and fulfill service requests from clients by manning the telephone, email and other communication systems.

Qualifications:

Education:

Graduation is

Experience:

1-4 years of relevant experience in

international voice process

or

US customer support

(Candidates with strong communication skills and relevant domain exposure will be preferred)

Communication Skills:

Ability to understand and communicate clearly with US-based customers

Role may involve Over -night

, so candidates comfortable with such schedules are preferred
