We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team for a night shift position, handling operations for our US-based process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a US shift environment, demonstrating excellent English language proficiency and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products/services and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints or issues.
Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and products/services.
Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and follow-up.
Requirements:
Proven experience 2 years of working in a customer service or call center environment, specifically in a US shift.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
Graduation from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling support or sales-related queries is a plus.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
