Job Description

Handle incoming calls/emails/chats and respond to customer queries in a professional manner. Resolve customer complaints promptly and accurately. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. Provide product/service information to customers as needed. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to senior personnel or departments. Maintain customer databases and ensure data accuracy. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction. Take feedback from customers and contribute ideas for service improvement.

Pay: ?9,103.55 - ?15,000.00 per month
