We are looking for a

Customer Care Executive

who can handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests Provide accurate information about products/services Maintain proper records of customer interactions Follow company guidelines and quality standards Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream) Freshers are welcome (experience is a plus) Good verbal and written communication skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, email handling) Ability to work in a team and handle pressure professionally
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
