We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented
Customer Relationship Executive
to strengthen our customer engagement and service experience. The intern will assist in managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and supporting the sales team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone
Maintain a customer database and update records regularly.
Follow up with potential and existing customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and service updates.
Coordinate with the sales, installation, and service teams for smooth communication.
Gather customer feedback and prepare basic reports.
Support in scheduling meetings, site visits, and follow-up calls.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain service quality.
Contribute to improving customer experience through proactive communication.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
