Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers over phone calls and build strong relationships Promote and upsell banking products and services Handle customer queries and provide accurate solutions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Achieve assigned targets and earn performance-based incentives

Eligibility Criteria

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Undergraduates with 6-9 months of relevant experience can apply Age limit: Up to 30 years
