Customer Care Executives (Freshers)

to handle customer queries and provide support through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. The role focuses on resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and customer queries professionally Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email Provide accurate information about services and processes Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required Maintain customer records and update details in CRM Follow company communication guidelines and SOPs Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution
Eligibility Criteria

Freshers only (no prior experience required) Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred) Good verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
