Handle 80% chat and 20% voice customer support
Resolve queries efficiently in English & Hindi
Maintain professionalism and accurate records
Escalate issues as needed in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Education: Graduate (any discipline)
Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi
Assessment: Versant-4, minimum score: 5
Experience: Open to freshers & experienced
