Customer Care Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication:
Handle customer queries received through calls, emails, chats, and social media.
Respond promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Order & Complaint Handling:
Assist customers with order status, returns, replacements, and delivery issues.
Raise complaint tickets for damaged, delayed, or missing orders.
Follow up with courier or marketplace teams until issue resolution.
3. Marketplace Support:
Manage customer messages and feedback on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
Maintain positive ratings by ensuring timely and polite responses.
4. Record Keeping:
Maintain daily records of customer interactions and resolved complaints.
Share summary reports with management regularly.
5. Coordination:
Coordinate with dispatch, inventory, and sales teams for order updates or issue resolutions.
Escalate major issues to the concerned department when necessary.
6. Customer Experience:
Ensure every customer interaction reflects a positive brand image.
Work proactively to reduce repeat complaints.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication (Hindi & English)
Basic computer and Excel knowledge
Familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) preferred
Problem-solving attitude and patience while dealing with customers
