Greet and assist walk-in clients courteously
Make outbound calls to customers and attend incoming customer calls
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Operate and update dry-cleaning/laundry management software
Track customer orders and ensure clothes are delivered on time
Coordinate with the delivery and operations team for order status
Maintain customer records and service logs
Requirements:
Ability to speak
basic English
and Hindi clearly
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge
Attention to detail and follow-up skills
Male candidates preferred
(due to operational requirements)
Experience:
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Experience in customer service or laundry/dry-cleaning industry is a plus
