Customer Care Executive



Experience- 1-2 Year



Salary Offered- 20000-22000 CTC



Notice Period- Immediate Joiner or 15days



Location - Sector 18, Noida



Roles & Responsibility:-



Handled customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving queries per day with a high satisfaction rate.

Handle wallet balance updates, reversals, and transaction reconciliations.

Coordinate with the tech and finance teams to resolve wallet-related discrepancies.

Monitor failed or pending wallet transactions and ensure timely resolution.

Verify and validate customer KYC documents as per RBI and company compliance norms.

Review PAN, Aadhaar, bank proof, and other identity documents for authenticity.

Escalate suspicious or fraudulent KYC cases to the compliance team.

Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or ticketing tools.

Provide timely and accurate information regarding wallet balance, KYC status, or fund transactions.
