Must handle calls politely and maintain an authentic tone. Identify students' needs, address concerns, and provide effective solutions. Capable of handling a high volume of calls while working under pressure. Effectively communicate information with a customer-centric and professional approach. Maintain strong customer relationships. Record and update student interactions in a spreadsheet and database. Possess excellent communication and listening skills with a strong command of English. Demonstrate multitasking abilities, time management, and a results-driven mindset. Achieve personal targets while contributing to team goals.
