Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, website and portal enquiries, and walk?ins, providing prompt and courteous responses.
Provide accurate information on property listings, pricing, availability, project details, documentation, and company services.
Log all enquiries in the CRM, update customer records, and track the status of each lead or service request.
Schedule site visits, property showings, and meetings for the sales/leasing team, and share reminders with clients.
Coordinate with sales, leasing, marketing, and operations teams to ensure quick resolution of client queries and service issues.
Receive and document complaints related to maintenance, handover, documentation, or billing, and follow up until closure while keeping the customer updated.
Support booking and post?booking processes (forms, KYC, basic documentation, payment confirmation follow?up, etc.) as guided by company policy.
Collect customer feedback after site visits, bookings, and handovers to help improve service quality.
Maintain high service standards, follow communication scripts and SOPs, and adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required qualifications and skills
Education: Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality is an advantage.
Experience: 1-3 years in customer service; experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality is preferred.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language; strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
Customer orientation: Empathetic, patient, and solution?oriented with the ability to handle difficult or upset customers calmly.
Technical skills: Comfortable with CRM software, MS Office, email, and online listing/lead portals.
Personal attributes: Well?organized, good at multitasking, time management, and working in a fast?paced, target?driven environment.
Preferred extras (optional)
Knowledge of the local real estate market, basic real estate terminology, RERA or similar regulations, and common documentation.
Experience supporting sales teams with lead qualification, basic upselling/cross?selling, and follow?up.
Prior experience in a real estate developer, brokerage, or property management company.
