We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Support Executive
to handle client queries, coordinate service requests, and ensure smooth post-sales support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to solve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer queries, service requests, and follow-ups.
Provide accurate information about products, installation, and service processes.
Log customer complaints and coordinate with field technicians for timely resolution.
Maintain service records, update CRM/Excel sheets, and ensure proper documentation.
Follow up with customers until complete closure of the issue.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Coordinate with sales, service, and accounts team as required.
Escalate unresolved issues to seniors promptly.
Maintain SLA timelines and report daily activities to the manager.
Requirements:
0-3 years of experience in customer support/call handling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
