We are looking for a persuasive and customer-oriented
Upselling Executive
to promote additional products/services to existing customers. The role involves understanding customer needs, enhancing their experience, and increasing revenue by recommending suitable upgrades, add-ons, or premium plans.
Key Responsibilities
Contact existing customers to introduce new features, plans, or upgrades.
Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant add-on services or higher-value packages.
Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate benefits effectively.
Build trust-based relationships to maximize customer lifetime value.
Manage follow-ups and convert opportunities into successful upsells.
Record customer interactions and updates in CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly upselling targets.
Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve customer queries.
Prepare and share reports on upselling performance and progress.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Experience in telesales, upselling, retention, or customer support is an advantage.
Strong communication, listening, and convincing skills.
Ability to handle objections and understand customer psychology.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
