HIFFIN -- a fast-growing brand in the camera and photography accessories industry -- is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails with professionalism Provide accurate product information and resolve customer queries Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and support Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English A positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities Basic knowledge of photography or camera accessories is an added advantage Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently
