Job Description

Manage the

entire order lifecycle

, from confirmation to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Conduct

follow-ups on pending and failed payments

, and re-engage customers in

cart abandonment cases

. Perform

customer feedback calls

to gauge satisfaction and collect insights for improvement. Handle

NDR (Non-Delivery Report)

and

RTO (Return to Origin)

calls efficiently to minimize delivery issues and losses. Provide

WhatsApp support

for inquiries, order status updates, and issue resolution with a professional and friendly tone. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a

high level of customer satisfaction

. Collaborate with

internal departments

(operations, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Take on

additional tasks

or responsibilities as assigned in alignment with company needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
