Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through in-person, phone, or digital channels. Coordinate with billing and floor teams to ensure smooth checkout and shopping experience. Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies. Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions. Support loyalty programs, customer registrations, and promotional activities. Ensure product and price information is accurate for customers. Escalate unresolved issues to the Store Manager or relevant department. Assist in managing customer queues and maintaining store discipline during peak hours. Work closely with operations, sales, and inventory teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability. Customer-oriented attitude with patience and empathy. Basic knowledge of retail POS (Point of Sale) and billing systems. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Fluency in local language and basic English.

Pay: ₹9,739.13 - ₹16,000.00 per month
