Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through in-person, phone, or digital channels.
Coordinate with billing and floor teams to ensure smooth checkout and shopping experience.
Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Support loyalty programs, customer registrations, and promotional activities.
Ensure product and price information is accurate for customers.
Escalate unresolved issues to the Store Manager or relevant department.
Assist in managing customer queues and maintaining store discipline during peak hours.
Work closely with operations, sales, and inventory teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
