. The ideal candidate will ensure timely resolution of issues, build strong relationships with customers, and assist in collections through professional communication and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to customer support and payment reminders.
Assist customers in resolving billing, payment, and service-related concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding dues and ensure timely collection.
Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, sales, operations) to resolve escalations.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call quality, collection, and customer service KPIs.
Generate reports on payment status, customer feedback, and collection performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (any stream); freshers or candidates with 6 months-2 years of experience in customer support or collections preferred.
Strong communication skills (Hindi and English mandatory; regional language is a plus).
Good listening and negotiation skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, Google Sheets).
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
