Key Responsibilities:



Handle

inbound and outbound calls

to assist students regarding course details, admission status, and payment queries. Maintain

positive and professional communication

with students and parents. Update and manage student information in the

CRM system

accurately. Follow up with students for

pending documents, payments, or admission formalities

. Ensure

timely resolution of queries

and maintain high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the counselling and accounts team for smooth student support. Prepare daily call and follow-up reports for review.

Skills Required:



Excellent

verbal communication skills

in English and Hindi. Good listening and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with

CRM or Excel

. Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently. Positive attitude and

customer-first approach

. Prior experience in

customer support, telecalling, or education counselling

will be an advantage.
