Job Summary:



The Customer Care Executive (CCE) is responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves interacting with customers through phone calls, emails, chat, or social media to provide information, support, and assistance related to products or services.

Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

Minimum 10+2 or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles (freshers can apply).

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication in [English / local language as required].

Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

Good listening skills, patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
