Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum 10+2 or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles (freshers can apply).
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in [English / local language as required].
Technical Skills:
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Good listening skills, patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
