Ecure Healthcare requires Customer Care Executive (CCE) who will be responsible for supporting operational and analytical functions by collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data from multiple sources. The role involves preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports, ensuring policy compliance, and providing actionable insights through clear communication and reporting. The position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform duties and tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager (OM).
Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Collect and consolidate data from various internal and external sources.
Interpret data and perform analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare MIS reports and ensure timely submission to management.
Draft and present reports summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
Ensure all activities align with company objectives and customer service standards.
Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis tools, and report preparation.
Adept at report writing and presentation of findings.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or customer service roles preferred.
