Orbiqe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage customer queries and ensure excellent service delivery under ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior experience in customer service/BPO preferred.

Salary: ₹10,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience).
