Dyneton, a trusted channel partner of Alibaba.com, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused
Customer Service Executive
to support and assist our B2B clients on the platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely resolutions, platform guidance, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and email support for B2B clients.
Assist customers with platform usage, account queries, product posting, and membership benefits.
Provide guidance on Alibaba.com features, tools, and policies.
Maintain and update client records, feedback, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations & Tech Support) for issue resolution.
Educate clients on platform best practices to improve performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention with professional communication.
Escalate critical or unresolved issues to senior support/concerned departments.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in Customer Service (B2B platform experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer proficiency (Email, MS Office, CRM tools).
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
