We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests within defined timelines.
Maintain customer records and update databases with accurate information.
Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
Meet performance targets like call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customers politely.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
