We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused
Aftersales Executive
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase, managing service and maintenance processes, handling complaints, and promoting aftersales products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale has been completed.
Manage and follow up on customer service issues, complaints, or warranty claims to ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with service teams, technicians, and parts departments to deliver a seamless aftersales experience.
Maintain records of service interactions, repairs, and customer feedback.
Promote and upsell service contracts, extended warranties, and accessories.
Monitor service performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and warranty procedures.
Prepare and present aftersales reports to management.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and initiate improvement actions based on feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 6 months of experience in aftersales, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Knowledge of CRM systems and service software is a plus.
Technical knowledge relevant to the product/service offered is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
