Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound customer queries and follow up on leads effectively

Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
Support smooth onboarding or service delivery by coordinating with internal teams
Prepare reports, call logs, and customer feedback as required
