Job Summary:


We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated

Customer care Executive

to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, providing information to potential clients, and supporting the sales and admission team.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries. Explain products or services clearly and persuasively. Maintain a record of calls and leads generated. Schedule appointments or follow-ups for counselors/sales team. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:



Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any field. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM handling preferred). Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule:



Full-time position 6 days a week (timings as per company policy)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
