Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate (Freshers can apply) OR Undergraduate with minimum of 6 months of customer support experience.

Process: Inbound - Voice.



Language Requirement: Excellent communication skills (B2+ level English proficiency required).

Compensation



Freshers (Graduates): ₹24,000 (in-hand).

Experienced (6 months+): ₹28,000 (in-hand).

Roles & Responsibilities



Handle inbound customer queries via voice process in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer issues.

Ensure high-quality interactions and maintain customer satisfaction.

Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Maintain records of interactions and escalate unresolved queries as needed.

Work Mode & Expectations



Work From Home (WFH) role - candidates must be currently residing in Delhi/NCR.

Candidates should be comfortable with occasional office visits (4-5 times/month).

Rotational shifts and week-offs as per business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
