We are looking for a
Customer Care Executive (Female)
who can manage client coordination, handle calls, and ensure smooth communication with clients. The candidate will also work on
Business Development Executive (BDE)
responsibilities such as lead follow-ups, client relationship management, and basic sales coordination. Interns with strong communication skills are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client calls with professionalism and clarity.
Coordinate with clients regarding their requirements, feedback, and queries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction.
Assist in business development activities like lead generation, follow-ups, and proposal sharing.
Maintain proper records of client communication and update reports regularly.
Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Prior experience in
customer care /client coordination / BDE
preferred.
Confidence in handling phone conversations and client meetings.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (
preferred: BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, or related field
).
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Interns currently pursuing graduation/post-graduation are welcome.
