Female Customer Care Executive
to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information about products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues within defined timelines.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and offers.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, or satisfaction scores.
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Female candidates only.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Prior experience in customer service, call center, or telecalling is an advantage.
Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
