English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to handle
high volumes of queries with patience and efficiency.
Familiarity with CRM tools and support platforms (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk).
Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.
Comfortable working in a
