Telecaller - Technical Support (Solar Complaint Handling)
Location:
Vortex Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd., Mahanagar, Lucknow
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls related to solar service complaints
Register and track complaints in system
Coordinate with service/technical team for resolution
Provide basic troubleshooting guidance to customers
Follow up until issue is resolved & ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Electrical preferred)
1-3 years experience in customer support/telecalling (solar/electrical field preferred)
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic knowledge of solar/inverters/electrical systems
Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM etc.)
Salary & Benefits:
? 8000-12000
