Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Consumer Customer Care Executive to manage and resolve consumer queries, complaints, and feedback through various channels. The ideal candidate will be the voice of the brand, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, social
media, chat, or other channels.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the
cause, and identifying the best solutions.
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Record customer interactions and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
Provide feedback and suggestions to internal departments - product, logistics, marketing
to improve customer experience.
Monitor and report on recurring issues and trends.
Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, customer
satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
MBA from a recognized institution (specialization in Marketing, Customer Relationship
Management, or Operations preferred).
1-3 years of experience in customer care, customer experience, or client servicing roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver solutions under pressure.
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Understanding of digital customer engagement (social media, live chat).
