Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming environment at the cafe. Handle customer orders, queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide detailed information about the cafe menu, ingredients, and preparation styles. Assist with order taking, billing, and resolving any service issues with patience and clarity. Maintain strong communication between kitchen staff and guests to ensure smooth service. Manage bookings, group orders, and special dietary requests. Coordinate with delivery partners and ensure timely service.
