Key responsibilities
:
? Handle customer inquiries and complaints via calls.
? Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
? Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
? Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
? Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to answer questions regarding products or services.
? Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments.
? Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Qualifications:
? Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
? Minimum 1 year experience in call process and using software like Exotel, Call Desk etc.
? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
