Key responsibilities
:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via calls.
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to answer questions regarding products or services.
Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Minimum 1 year experience in call process and using software like Exotel, Call Desk etc.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
