Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries and complaints related to Airtel Payment Bank services. The ideal candidate will provide accurate product and service information, resolve issues promptly, and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls, related to Airtel Payment Bank.
Assist customers with account queries, transactions, KYC updates, and complaint resolutions.
Educate customers on digital banking services, UPI, mobile wallets, and payment solutions.
Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Comply with RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal policies.
Share feedback with the team to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0-2 years in Customer Service / BPO
Basic communication skills in English and Hindi (Telgu preferred as a regional language)
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and resolve conflicts
