Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing school clients and distributors. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales support. Understand client needs and tailor solutions that meet uniform specifications, timelines, and budget. Coordinate with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Manage CRM software to track customer interactions, order history, and feedback. Conduct regular follow-ups and satisfaction surveys to enhance service quality. Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively while maintaining professionalism. Support the sales team in onboarding new clients and identifying upselling opportunities. Prepare and present reports on customer feedback, order volumes, and service issues. Assist in planning and executing seasonal uniform campaigns and school fittings.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
