Job Description

Profile- Customer Care Executive

Qualification- Any Graduate/PG/Undergraduate (Freshers can also apply)

Days- 5 days working Fixed Sat & Sun Off

Responsibilities:

Responsible for making outbound calls(in the UK) and regular follow-up on leads assigned.

Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.

Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade /renew the packages.

Address all the issues/grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.

Strictly adhere to the process requirements

Able to achieve deadlines and targets as assigned

Responsible for generating Leads and interacting with customer

Qualifications
