1.Customer service: Managing customer interactions, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction

2. Problem-solving: Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions

3. Communication: Answering customer inquiries, providing information, and communicating with customers clearly and concisely

4.Sales: Identifying opportunities to up-sell accounts and explaining new features

5.Database maintenance: Entering information into the call center database

6.Equipment maintenance: Keeping equipment operational and reporting malfunctions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
