Job Summary:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Address customer queries. Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns. Maintain customer records and update databases. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations. Uphold professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Requirements:



Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to handle customer queries with patience and efficiency. Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Freshers are welcome to apply !
