Customer Care Executives for our UK Process

. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for handling UK customers, resolving their queries, and providing high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK customers Provide professional customer support and resolve issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service delivery Coordinate with internal teams when required

Excellent

English communication skills (mandatory)

Any graduate / undergraduate can apply Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome Basic computer knowledge required Ability to work in the UK shift Good listening and problem-solving skills
