We are hiring

Customer Care Executives

for our BPO operations to handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience through voice, email, or chat processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound/outbound customer calls

professionally Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively Provide accurate information about products/services Maintain proper

call logs and customer records

Follow company processes and quality standards Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required Meet daily/weekly

call handling and performance targets


Requirements

Minimum

12th pass / Graduate

(any stream)

Fresher or experienced

candidates can apply Good communication skills in

English / Hindi / Regional language

Basic computer knowledge Willingness to work in

shifts (day/night)

Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude
Preferred Skills

Prior experience in

BPO / Call Center

Ability to handle customers calmly Good listening and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
