Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students who have shown interest in studying abroad.
Share basic course and university information as per counsellor guidance.
Schedule and confirm counselling sessions.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Coordinate with counsellors to ensure timely responses to student queries.
Provide regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and conversions to the counselling team.
Assist in post-counselling communication such as document reminders, feedback calls, etc.
Handle inbound calls and redirect them to the concerned counsellor or department.
Requirements
Strong verbal English communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn.
