KEY PURPOSE
Customer Care Executive plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, addressing
customer inquiries and concerns, and contributing to the overall satisfaction and reputation of the
TVS 2-Wheeler workshop and customer loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities
? Post-service follow-up with the customer.
? Update customer feedback to the team & management, discuss in CLF meeting, escalate
information related to customer dissatisfaction to dealer if not resolved at workshop
? Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure their satisfaction and address
any post-service concerns. Handle customer conflicts professionally
? Maintain accurate customer records, analyse reports & discuss with team
? Ensure that dissatisfied customers are attended to their entire satisfaction at workshop
Skills Required
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively
? Ability to empathise with customers' concerns, remain calm under pressure, and handle
difficult situations.
? Strong problem-solving skills to understand customer issues, gather relevant information,
and propose appropriate solutions
? Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks
simultaneously

? Proficiency in using computer systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software
? Ability to work collaboratively with service advisors, technicians, and other team members
? Effective conflict resolution skills to handle customer complaints, diffuse tense situations
