Customer Support & Marketing Executive

. This role involves handling customer queries, managing daily support tasks, assisting in basic marketing activities, and following defined processes.

This job requires

8-10 hours of focused work daily

(breaks excluded). The work is

task-based and repetitive

, so candidates must be comfortable performing the same tasks consistently without frustration. Training will be provided, and growth is strictly

performance-based

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries professionally (WhatsApp, Email, CRM) Handle repeated support and marketing tasks daily Follow SOPs and complete tasks within timelines Maintain data confidentiality and honesty Assist with basic marketing and reporting tasks

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass Laptop & stable WiFi mandatory Basic English & fluent Hindi Fast learner with strong work discipline Comfortable with work pressure and deadlines

Compensation & Growth:

Salary: ₹7,000-?15,000 (initial training period) ?15,000-?20,000+ based on performance Long-term growth for committed employees
