We are looking for a

Customer Care Executive

to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Respond to customer queries related to products/services Resolve customer complaints and follow up for closure Maintain accurate customer records and call logs Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Intermediate / Undergraduate (any discipline) Good communication skills in English & local language Basic computer knowledge MS Office Customer-oriented and problem-solving mindset Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

Experience:



0-2 years in Customer Care / Call Center (preferred)
