About the Role



We are looking for a

Customer Care Executive (Female)

who can handle client calls, coordinate with the internal team, and ensure a smooth customer experience. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in customer service and communication.

Key Responsibilities



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls politely and professionally Provide information about our interior services to clients Coordinate with the design, sales, and execution teams Maintain call records, client details, and daily follow-ups Assist in scheduling meetings and site visits Support customers with queries and updates during project stages

Requirements



Good communication skills in

English, Telugu, and Hindi

Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Sheets / Email) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good phone etiquette and customer-friendly approach Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
