The Service & Feedback Caller is responsible for contacting customers post-service or post-purchase to ensure they had a satisfactory experience. This role focuses on gathering feedback, addressing basic concerns, and sharing insights with the team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to customers to gather feedback regarding their service experience.
Confirm whether customers have received the product/service as expected.
Record customer feedback accurately in the system.
Identify service issues or customer dissatisfaction and escalate to concerned teams for resolution.
Maintain a polite and professional tone throughout communication.
Provide general information to customers when required.
